These terms and conditions comprise a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Truckscope service (“Truckscope” or ”Us” or “Application” or “App” or the “Service”) and you must accept the Agreement as presented to use the Service.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE SERVICE OR AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME AND TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE SERVICE OR AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.

TERMS OF SERVICE
* The Application is licensed, not sold to you, and you may use the Service only as set forth in this Terms and conditions of Service and Privacy Policy.
* The Application is licensed only for the period of subscription.
* You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, any updates, or any part there of (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or third party terms), nor attempt to disable or circumvent any security or other technological measure designed to protect the Application or any content available through the Application. If you breach these license restrictions, or otherwise exceed the scope of the licenses granted herein, you may be subject to prosecution and damages, as well as liability for infringement of intellectual property rights.
* YOU AGREE NOT TO USE THE APPLICATION WHILE DRIVING. THERE IS A COMFIRMATION THAT WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS ONLY WHEN YOU CHECK THAT YOU ARE NOT DRIVING. THIS CONFIRMATION WILL SHOW UP ONLY ONCE. FOR EVERY NEXT TIME, YOU ARE USING THE APPLICATION ON YOUR OWN RISK.
* By using our Service, you will not be charged by your mobile operators.
* For you to properly use the Application you only need Internet Connection (for the communication with the Brokers and Dispatchers) and allowed Location Information Sharing (Location-based Services) so the Application can function properly.
* The Service will be free for the mobile device users.
* The service is charged in a form of periods of subscription for the Desktop users.
*You Represent To Us. By using Truckscope, You represent and warrant that
(a) you will use the Service only for your personal or commercial use and for lawful purposes in the United States;
(b) if you are a parent or guardian entering into this Agreement for the benefit of a minor (i.e. a person that cannot legally enter into binding contracts), then you accept full responsibility for any such minor’s (i) use of Truckscope; (ii) compliance with this Agreement; and (iii) any financial charges or legal liability he or she may incur;
(c) you are not a minor (i.e. not under the age of 18; and if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska, not under the age of 19 and if a resident of Mississippi, not under the age of 21);
(d) have not previously been suspended or removed from using TruckScope or any other Truckscope service.
* For every change on the Application or the Terms Of Agreement and Privacy Policy, update, patching or bug fixes, all users will be notified.
* Keep Your Account Secure. Do not let others use your Truckscope account. You will be responsible for anything that happens through your account until your account is deactivated. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your account has become compromised.
