* You consent to the collection, use and storage of your personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail, profile picture, trailer type, color and brand of your truck.
* You allow the Application access to the following services on your mobile device: UDID, MAC address, or other applicable device identifier, phone state and identity, audio and microphone access, internet and data services;
* The Application can save pictures, pdf files, and audio files on its servers.
* Some of the features of the Service enable Truckscope to tailor your experience based on your location and information (“Location-based Services”), such as to make offers, event updates, serve advertisements and other announcements available to you based on your location and information.
* All the information will be in our database, and will never be shared with third parties.
* (The conversation) Communication and files which are part of the communication are part of our database for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted and a PDF file is created with the whole conversation, available to you.
* Information about location of the companies and the other Points of Interest will be acquired from different services (Google places).
* You are able to limit the Location tracking of your mobile by uninstalling the Application or by remotely block the location sharing on your device. If you choose to disable Location-based Services on your device or to the Application, you will not be able to utilize certain features of the Service.
* You can sign in to use the Service with your Truckscope username and password; Facebook account or Gmail account.
* Keep Your Account Secure. Do not let others use your Truckscope account. You will be responsible for anything that happens through your account until your account is deactivated. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your account has become compromised.
